THESE WEEK´S GAMES

After the Sunday Chelsea FC´s defeat, Liverpool FC had a good chance to get an important gap in the standing with an easy-in theory- game at Anfield Road against West Ham United-this club does not win a Premier League´s game at Anfield since 45 years ago and this season West Ham is making an irregular season with only 5 wins in 15 Premier´ s games, although the coach, Gianfranco Zola, has a good squad with experienced players like Julien Faubert, Valon Behrami, Lee Bowyer, Craig Bellamy-former ”red”-, Di Michele, Kieron Dyer and Scott Parker-. The "reds" started the game, knowing the importance of this game, and it had the control of the play but the Liverpool´s players were unlucky and they could not score any goal during the game, since for example Robbie Keane had not his best day and although players like N'gog, Ryan Babel or the captain Steven Gerrard had chances to score, the game finished with a draw, which serves to Liverpool to get the top position of the standing with 1 point more than Chelsea FC (by the way, I think that time is giving the reason and it is showing that Luiz Felipe Scolari is an overvalued coach, since the Brazilian has been unable to beat the “Big” Premier´s rivals-Chelsea played at home against the “Big three”: it lost the game played against Liverpool FC(0-1) and Arsenal (1-2) and it drawn the game played against Manchester United(1-1) and even it was unable to beat Tottenham during the Juande Ramos´s period. So, this man, who had problems with the Portuguese National team, is not adequate coach for this club and as I said he is an overvalued coach, like for example the Chelsea FC ´s striker, Nicolas Anelka, who has scored 12 goal in 15 Premier´s game, but if we analyze these goals, we can see that he has not scored a goal when his club played against a top club and besides he never-except the game played against Blackburn Rovers-was the first Chelsea´s scorer-In Champions League he scored only when he played against a French team, Girondins Bordeaux-…so, 2 blufs).

Moreover, today we could watch different football games and on the one hand some teams played Uefa Cup´s game, being the most remarkable the win of Metallist Kharkov(it is the surprise of the season, since the team of Miron Markevich is making and incredible season both in Ukraine -it is the second in the standing with 37 points, 3 points less than the leader, the powerful Dynamo Kiev- and in the Uefa Cup-it beat Besikats Istanbul(4-1), Galtasary at Istanbul (0-1), it drawn the game played at Berlin against Herta(0-0) and today it beat Olympiakos(1-0)-, which is very meritorious, because we can not find big stars in the squad, since there are players like the experienced right back Milan Obravodic, the Argentine central defender Ramon Maidana, the defensive midfielder Junior, the young striker Ruslan Fomin or the Brazilian striker Jajá Coelho-he was unlucky during his Getafe´s period, but in Ukrania he has scored 10 goal in 17 league´s games-) and the important and meritorious Galatasaray´s victory at Berlin thanks to a Milan Baros´s goal-it is the first Herta´s defeat since 1-11-09 when it lost at Bremen and since this moment it won difficult games, like for example when it beat Hamburger SV or TSG Hoffenheim, the Bundesliga´s leader,-.
On the other hand, Lazio qualified to the 4th the final of the Coppa Italia thanks to a prestigious win at San Siro, beating AC Milan in the extra-time. It was a balanced game until the Emerson´s setting-off and the presence of the wonderful Mauro Zarate-he is a different player as I said many time-….of course Delio Rossi is happy with this win-it is the first time that he can beat AC Milan in an official game and besides it arrives after three last bad results(Lazio lost the game played against AS Roma and Atalanta Bergamo and it drawn the game played against FC Genoa) - but Jose Mourinho is also happy, since Inter´s rival says bye-bye to Coppa and besides the laziale players will arrive tired to the Saturday´s game against Inter at Olimpico after the 120 minutes played today.
Finally, simply I want to mention that in Spain, the controversial continues about the possible purchased game. The Spanish newspaper, El Mundo, revealed that a former Tenerife´s player, Jesuli (a former Sevilla FC, Celta Vigo and Real Sociedad´s player), confirmed to the Real Sociedad´s president that the game was purchased and the Tenerife´s player received money to lose the game (thanks to that result Malaga is in the Spanish Primera División and Real Sociedad is the Second División).But if this information was not enough, today it appears other information (Popular televisión Mediterraneo) about other purchased game, in this case it was a game between Athletic Bilbao and Levante 2 years ago….we will see what will happen and of course we will explain it.
Cheers,
J&F

Liverpool is so loser without Torres.. that the main points.. i think they need to have another one good striker for Torres's backup or maybe replacement for Keane... now rumors said that they want to get back their 'old boy' Owen to Anfield.. i think that is brilliant decisions if come true

Hi...Liverpool is a very good team, but they are a difensive squad. Gerrard and Torres are only stars, Mascherano is a good player, but he isn't a star. I love Arsenal, but i like a Man utd. C.Ronaldo, Rooney, Tevez, Ferdinand are a very very good players. They are a different players, they can win all match. In Italy i like a Lazio. Pandev and Zarate are a very good foreward, and yesterday they win vs Milan in San Siro. This blog is very beautifoul: mondobiancoceleste.blogspot.com. This is a Lazio's blog,it is a very very fantastic blog. Good bye

I can't believe the state Spanish football is in at the moment with the match fixing allegations that are going on just now. Italy has suffered big time with the scandals that happened recently and now Spain is getting it. Very sad to see.

Thanks for the messages, Super Fan, Francesco, Davide, Kova and Massi.
Of course Fernando Torres is essential for any team and it is possible that Liverpool needs another striker, we will see if he will be Owen or David Villa.
Francesco, Liverpool is more offensive team this season and for this reason, it is in the top position of the standing.
Kova, I think that this problem exists in all the championships.
Regards.
